You may have noticed that January has marked the first month where I have started displaying other blogs' buttons in my sidebar. Instead of charging to advertise I thought I'd offer a blog button swap... that way we both get the benefits and no money is exchanged. This month I have 9 lovely buttons, from all different sizes of blogs and I'd like to tell you a little bit about each!
I was absolutely thrilled when Sarah agreed to do a button swap, Almost Delightful has been a blog that I've read pretty much from the word go and I've loved every minute of it! Her layouts are amazing (I believe she does them herself, talented lady!) and all her blog content is so neatly set out that if there's anything in particular you want to find you could do so with ease. Her posts are always so clear and concise, exactly how I like to read them!!
Another layout that I absolutely LOVE, her header in particular is really simple yet eyecatching with the little slick of lipgloss. For me, clear photos are an absolute must on blogs especially when you're trying to capture the colour of beauty products and Becky has got it down to a tee. Unfortunately Becky's Makeup is no longer accepting blog button swaps but I've loved having her for the 2 months she's been on my blog and I've been on hers.
Instantly my day is brightened when I open Paula's blog, her pastel pink theme really is easy on the eye and what I love about La Vida Fresa is that she posts about all different bits and bobs, for example one of her recent posts is about a 6 month Glamour magazine subscription for £6 + a free gift!! how good is that?!
Just lately, Rach has been a nail art monster! She's been showing us 3D nails, 2 manicures for £5 and a beautiful electric blue polish. I've only just nicely started following this lovely lady as I started advertising and I have to say I'm loving reading what she has to say.
This lovely lady has only been blogging since August and already she has 220 followers, she seems to have really taken to beauty blogging; taking some fab photos and posting some really concise reviews and throwing in the odd personal post in now and again, which I love. Her recent post about Valentines day is definitely one to read.
Look at Sam's header, isn't it just beeeautiful, I love how it kind of ombres from pale pink to coral orange. Sam will often incorporate her Youtube videos into her post which is nice because I love to see a face and a voice behind the blogger... I just wish I was confident enough to do Youtube properly!
This is one of my all time favourite blogs, and Tamsin is one of my all time favourite bloggers. We've kind of gone through a blogging journey together and we both know we can chat on twitter if anythings ever bothering us, she's a lovely lady! If her beautiful faces of the day and penchant for a few high end treats isn't enough to make you want to go follow then I don't know what is!
Hannah is veryyyy new to blogging, having only started in December but already it's clear that she's getting the hang of it and you can start getting to know her straight away because she's done the 50 random facts tag... from this I learnt that she's an aspiring SFX Makeup Artist!
I'm loving Hannah's blog at the moment, she's got a real talent for nail art and even matched her nails to her lip colour, clever eh! She recently showed us what she got in a beauty box swap and it's really made me want to do one with someone!!
